3. Ordering & Confirmation – Individualised assistance for selection of colour schemes, completion of forms, confirmation of ETA.

4. Delivery – An important step for ALL! At a prearranged time, you’ll be escorted on a water test to ensure you are confident in the operation and features of your purchase – hull, motor, electronics etc.

5. Customer Care Factor – Follow up calls are made for you to share with us the pleasures of your boating experiences and to remind you of servicing to validate your warranty.
